Norway Capital Group has its main investments in Bordeaux wine through its fine wine investment vehicle Bordeaux Winebank and negociant (wholesale) firm MAX Bordeaux. Both companies are large holders of top Bordeaux wine with offices and professional storage facilities in Bordeaux, France. The portfolio includes top wines and vintages with a strong and primary focus on Chateau Latour (picture above), Chateau Lafite Rothschild, Chateau Mouton Rothschild, Chateau Margaux, Chateau Haut-Brion, Chateau Cheval Blanc, Chateau Ausone, Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion, Chateau Palmer, Chateau Léoville Barton, Chateau Cos d’Estournel, Chateau Pavie and Chateau Angelus.

Our private equity investments include publicly listed companies in Norway and the UK.

In Norway we have invested in REC and Orkla. REC (Renewable Energy Corporation ASA) is a significant player in the international solar energy industry – the most integrated solar energy company in the world. Orkla ASA operates in the branded consumer goods, aluminium solutions, materials, renewable energy and financial investment sectors.

In the UK we are ambitious and visionary shareholders of Arsenal Holdings Plc. Arsenal Holdings operates a professional football club, Arsenal Football Club, and carries out the property development activity associated with its Stadium project in London.

Norway Capital Group has partnered Manglerud Star Hockey and has been the club’s main sponsor since 2007. The objective of the partnership is to support the local community at Manglerud (a suburb in the eastern part of Oslo) and provide Manglerud Star Hockey with the needed capital for the club to re-establish itself as one of Norway’s leading Hockey Clubs. Manglerud Star was Norway Hockey Champions in 1977 and 1978.
